Maxence Dubois
Maxence specializes in tax law, and in particular in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He advises both French and international companies on the tax implications of their domestic and cross-border reorganizations. He is also active in wealth tax planning and tax litigation.
He has developed strong expertise in the taxation of executives (covering both professional and personal tax matters, including the structuring of management incentive plans, business transfers and related issues).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Maxence practiced for ten years at Viguié Schmidt & Associés before co-founding Cezium Avocats in 2025.
He holds a Master 2 in International Tax Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2014) and is a member of the IACF (French Institute of Tax Advisors).
