Adrien COULAUD
Adrien specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate law. He advises investment funds and family offices, as well as their portfolio companies, financial investors, industrial and family-owned groups, and senior executives on both domestic and cross-border transactions. He also has experience in handling distressed M&A matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Adrien spent ten years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he was promoted to Counsel in 2023. He co-founded Cezium Avocats in 2025.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris (2013) and a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2014).
Since 2023, Adrien has been recognized in the “Ones to Watch in France” category of Best Lawyers in the areas of Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Law.
