Cezium Avocats undertakes to respond to you as soon as possible, and in any event within one month of receiving your request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests sent to Cezium Avocats. In this case, you will be informed within one month of receipt of your request of this extension and the reasons for the delay. If your request is submitted electronically, the information will also be provided to you electronically where possible, unless you expressly request otherwise. Finally, if Cezium Avocats does not comply with your request, it will inform you of its reasons and you will have the option of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and/or seeking judicial review.
