Victor Cann
Victor advises corporate groups, investment funds, and entrepreneurs on their strategic M&A and venture capital transactions, supporting them at every critical stage of their growth, consolidation, and restructuring projects.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, he began his career at Freshfields, then joined Viguié Schmidt & Associés, before joining Willkie Farr & Gallagher in 2022. He co-founded Cezium Avocats in 2025.
Victor holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (2014) and a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law (2015) from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He contributed to the section “The Role of the Governance Bodies of the Target” in the collective publication Practical and Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Takeover Bids, published in 2024 by Lefebvre Dalloz.
